Our friends, the Hill family, all participate in the Leukemia Society Team in Training. Laurence is one of the people named on their honor roll. Tom's next event is the Seattle Rock n Roll half marathon on June 26. Click here for his website and inspirational message. Tom's wife Carolee and their daughters are training for the Nike Women’s Marathon in San Francisco in October. Their slogan is “Changing lives one mile at a time”.

Laurence had a tough afternoon. This round of chemo was hard on him but he got through it and was better by the time I left tonight. He has a day off of chemo tomorrow and then the transplant begins on Wed.
When I was with Laurence this afternoon I knew that somewhere, someone was saying a prayer and sending love. Every prayer, every good thought sent our way is making a difference. Thank you so much.
